I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Therapist. I have BA degree in Applied Psychology and a Master Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of South Florida. Additionally, I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and offer a safe, supportive, empathetic, comforting, and empowering environment to process past trauma events.
I provide a non-judgmental, comforting, and safe space to feel heard, validated, and supported, as I guide you in processing and overcoming the issues that you are seeking to resolve. Processing Group
This processing group will provide Psychoeducation to help clients gain knowledge and a foundational understanding about the connections between thoughts, feelings, emotions, and behaviors, as well as the ways these thinking patterns impact emotions. Clients will also learn healthy ways to re-frame maladaptive and irrational thinking patterns, along with learning healthy ways to express, manage, and regulate challenging feelings and emotions. In doing so, clients will be able to recognize positive and desired behavior change.
