I work with pre-teens to adults navigating the complexities of being human in today’s world. I specialize in, though am not limited to, supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, shame, and relationship challenges. My approach emphasizes building self-awareness, identifying patterns, and providing relief in a safe, judgment-free space while offering insightful guidance on their journey.
I don’t rely on one approach to address the full complexity of the human experience. Instead, I see clients through a holistic lens and draw from a range of modalities including EMDR and all those listed below, to help clients uncover how past experiences shape their present, while providing healing in the here and now and supporting growth beyond therapy.
When appropriate, I integrate therapy with Eastern healing practices, drawing on over 8+ years of experience supporting individuals through my healing practice, STAY+VIBE.
