Hello! My name is Ha'Lecia Archie, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am elated to serve you. My goal is to create a safe, supportive an empathetic space where we can work collaboratively to achieve your therapeutic goals. My specialty focus includes youth, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and stress management. Some of the common theoretical approaches I utilize while serving clients are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength Focused, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy.
My belief is that these approaches are effective because they help individuals overcome obstacles and achieve positive change through collaboration, goal setting, active participation and promotion of self-awareness.
My environment for therapy is a safe, warm and empathetic space to identify, process and work through presenting issues and challenges. I am very relaxed in my approach and offer a judge-free atmosphere.
