About
My goal as a therapist is to work for and with clients to help them to become well-balanced in all areas of life. It is my goal to help clients identify their own values, strengths, and needs while creating a trusting therapeutic relationship. It is my goal to provide clients with an environment and a platform where they can tell their stories without feeling judged; regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, or cultural background. It is my goal to help reduce the suffering or distress that clients experience and to help instill hope and optimism.
It is my goal to show my interpersonal skills to include warmth and acceptance, empathy, and a focus on clients, and not myself. It is my goal to provide a flexible schedule, one that will provide opportunity for each client to receive the help that they need.
The first session would consist of an initial intake that will allow time and space to build a rapport and together create goals that are targeted towards the specific needs of the client. I believe in my clients and I am determined to help my clients believe in themselves.
