I am a collaborative therapist and I believe that we are all seeking wholeness. As a nationally known addiction therapist, I have experience assisting individuals and their families with addiction, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. My approach to health is holistic. I believe that therapy is most effective when individuals learn to place equal value in developing emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual health.
I am currently in private practice in Chadds Ford, PA. and on staff for Growth and Transition workshops in Tucson, AZ. I was the Co-Director of the Keystone Extended Care Unit (1999 to 2004). I conduct lectures, supervision, consultation, and workshops for professionals on sexual compulsivity, trauma and integrative treatment approaches.
