I help individuals and couples reach new levels of healing through safety, grace, and authentic compassion. Using Adlerian theory, I work with clients to see the world and themselves differently from a holistic strengths-based perspective. I use the Gottman method for couples to reconnect in healthy ways through restorative hope.
