With 20+ years in mental health care and a Master’s in Social Work, I’ve had the honor of supporting people through complex emotional experiences. I’ve specialized in individual therapy for adults—especially those in rural or underserved areas—helping clients reconnect with themselves through a holistic lens. I also specialize in working with Anxiety, Trauma, Substance use and Women's Health. I center healing through the mind, body, and spirit to support long-lasting.
I take a trauma-informed approach, using EMDR, ART, and IFS to help clients process trauma, anxiety, and find emotional relief. These evidence-based therapies allow for deep and effective healing.
