About
I am a passionate therapist who uses an eclectic mix of techniques tailored to fit each individual's needs. I am well versed in working with children, adolescents, and young adults struggling with a range of life stressors and transitions. Working at a child/adolescent outpatient unit, I bring a unique understanding to the complex ways in which family, peers, romantic relationships, and school dynamics interact and affect adolescents and young adults.
My eclectic approach to therapy meets clients where they are at. I also like to incorporate aspects of a client's life such as the past experiences that have shaped them today, the present stressors, and future goals/barriers.
Whether you are a parent looking for services or a young adult seeking therapy, I welcome you to begin your journey in the comfort of a room with someone who can empathize, advocate, and encourage self-empowerment.
