I’m a Latinx therapist and a member of the LGBTQIA+ community. I especialize in working with neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ clients, as well as people from diverse cultural backgrounds. I often work with individuals navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, depression, anxiety, or the emotional impact of acculturation.
My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care, inclusion, and the belief that healing happens through connection and a sense of belonging. I value building strong, genuine relationships with my clients - because I believe that trust and connection are at the heart of meaningful therapy.
As a neurodiversity-affirming therapist, I don’t see autism, ADHD, Tourette’s, OCD, dyslexia, or dyspraxia as issues to be “fixed.” These are simply different ways of experiencing the world, each with their own unique strengths and challenges. My role is to support you in navigating those experiences with compassion and confidence.
I recognize that at times, life can feel overwhelming and hope may feel out of reach. I believe you are the expert on your own life.
