Developing a contemplative and compassionate relationship with ourselves is fundamental to healing and well-being. Inequity, trauma and feeling alone or not understood can unsettle this fundamental relationship. What’s more, when we’re struggling to love ourselves, often we're also struggling in relationships with others. I offer therapeutic support drawing on a variety of approaches to promote a stronger sense of connection with self and others. I offer a safe and accepting space to all identities. I aim to be an actively engaged, warm, and a mindfully attuned collaborator in the therapeutic process.
I’m trained in EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Psychodrama, Gestalt psychology, Family Constellations, Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy approaches as well as ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. Drawing on a variety of perspectives helps me work with the depth of the human experience and offers me an array of tools to share.
