Hi there! I’m a trauma-informed therapist who creates a warm, relaxed, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. I support teens/adults working through anxiety, depression, ADHD struggles, trauma, eating concerns, and life transitions. I specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment-based work, and Brainspotting to help you navigate the tough stuff and grow.
