Whether you’re having difficulty becoming a parent, adjusting to motherhood or noticing your child is struggling in their first few years of life, you don’t have to navigate these difficult issues alone. From conception through early childhood, I specialize in the relationship between parents and their children. I help my clients navigate significant life transitions and manage stress and anxiety.
With expertise in both early childhood and maternal mental health, I create a space for my clients to safely explore unspoken thoughts and feelings while holding out the hope that things can change. My practice provides psychotherapy to families, children and individuals experiencing issues related to parenthood, attachment, developmental delays, and trauma.
If you are a new mom feeling overwhelmed or are unsure of how to care for the little one in your life, I have over 10 years experience working with families and women experiencing postpartum depression and anxiety. If you or your child is struggling, please reach out to discuss how therapy can help.
