Life often takes twists and turns that are impossible to predict. This can lead to feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed and/or like it's impossible to get back on track. I work with clients on overcoming what can feel like impossible situations. Through utilizing strengths they already possess, I work with clients to create balance in all spheres of their life, while empowering them to take back control and create the life they want to live. I utilize different techniques to support clients including EMDR, talk therapy and muic therapy. My goal is to tailor treatment to each individual client's needs.
I have been providing therapy since 2015 and have worked with clients of all ages in a multitude of domains including offices, hospitals, crisis stabilization units and other enviornments. I have learned ways to individualize treatment to meet each client's needs. My goal is to support clients with moving from survival to thriving.
