Through compassionate exploration of your story, coupled with therapeutic interventions to gain understanding, we will work together to get you needed answers to these questions (or any others you may have). Along the way, you will also learn coping skills to help you achieve goals you have for yourself.
I use an integrative approach to therapy, often using therapies that explore you or your relationship on a very personal level. I also use therapies that will help you to have the needed skills to help you on your journey in this life. With little ones, I use play therapy to help them discover their emotions and learn how to accept and handle them.
