I am a licensed therapist and founder of GBC Mental Health & Wellness, LLC, providing virtual sessions to clients throughout Florida. As a therapist, I believe my purpose is to help each of my clients to spread out the pieces of a puzzle and to figure out how the image comes together to create a meaningful, purposeful, and value-driven life. I primarily practice Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), helping clients to see how learning to manage thoughts and emotions can help us develop healthier habits, stronger relationships, and a greater sense of stability/well-being.
I work with a broad variety of clients facing challenges such as mood disorders, anxiety, grief & loss, managing big life transitions, facing relationship difficulties, and trauma recovery. My primary role is to help each client build up their mental “toolbox” to cope with whatever challenges may come.
