I provide therapy and psychological assessment for individuals navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, loss, and meaning-making. Many of the people I work with seek to break patterns they struggle to change, often after previous therapy experiences. I specialize in working with aid workers, trauma survivors, and those returning from global assignments, helping them process moral injury, vicarious trauma, and re-entry stress. My work is informed by global mental health, shaped by my experience in humanitarian aid. I also conduct comprehensive evaluations for immigration, asylum, and forensic cases.
I believe that change is challenging because we tend to see what we already know. The therapeutic process should offer a partnership where new ways of seeing and experiencing emerge through the relational space. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based, with a foundation in psychodynamic relational work.
I have skills in providing psychological assessment and supporting those facing profound transitions. I also understand the complexities of adaptation—whether returning from a foreign country or navigating shifts in identity and purpose. I strive to create a space where clients feel understood and actively engaged in the process, rather than just heard.
