I provide therapy and psychological assessment for individuals navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, loss, and meaning-making. My work is informed by global mental health, shaped by my experience in humanitarian aid. I also conduct comprehensive evaluations for immigration, asylum, and forensic cases.

Life After Divorce: Women’s Support Group
This therapeutic group provides a supportive and confidential environment for women navigating divorce or its aftermath. Through guided discussion and peer connection, participants will process the challenges of transition, reduce feelings of isolation, and begin rebuilding identity and confidence. Meets Fridays, 3-4:30 PM (in-person). Rolling intake; the group will launch once a critical mass is reached.
