Individuals see me for a range of concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, and stress management.
I use an integrative approach to counseling allowing me to utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to best meet the needs of each client. I primarily use EMDR, somatic approaches including Polyvagal Theory, parts work, Acceptance and Commitment Theory, mindfulness, and grief theories.
