In treating eating disorders, i have found that a more comprehensive and individual approach is needed to address this serious problem. I have an excellent team of professionals who I consult with and refer to as needed. I am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and supervisor and co-wrote two books with Carolyn Costin. My practice is unique in that I provide a very eclectic treatment based on the individual needs of my client. When appropriate i use art, meditation/mindfulness, walks in nature and often have meal sessions with those in treatment for eating disorders. I know first hand how hard it can be to face and address what’s not serving us anymore.
