I work with clients experiencing major life transitions, anxiety, relationship issues or unresolved trauma and grief. It is not easy to ask for help and I am glad you are here. Many people are experiencing overwhelm and anxiety right now. I want you to know it is possible to feel better and there is hope.
I meet clients where they are while gently helping them move toward where they want to be. I view therapy as a collaborative partnership. Together we work to understand patterns, identify underlying emotions, and explore the impact of past experiences—especially when trauma or unresolved grief is present.
