I work with clients navigating one or more of the following: general anxiety, grief from losing a loved one or a relationship, or trauma that still shapes a sense of self and relationships, people with communication and trust challenges within relationships, and major life transitions like midlife, career changes, moves, becoming a parent, divorce or leaving for college. When working with trauma, safety, trust, and intentional pacing of sessions is prioritized. Skills that increase feelings of being grounded, supported, and in control are built over time as you move toward healing and healthier connections.
I meet clients where they are while gently helping them move toward where they want to be. I view therapy as a collaborative partnership. Through coregulation, and presence, we work to understand patterns, identify underlying emotions, and explore the impact of past experiences—especially when trauma or unresolved grief is present.
