My major modalities of treatment are Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy, EMDR, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness Meditation Training. All of these modalities are highly effective and also work wonderfully with online sessions.
My 35 years of extensive experience in hypnotherapy, EMDR, psychotherapy and meditation practices make me uniquely qualified to guide you to experience profound change.
