About
Reaching out to a therapist feels like the first time in a bathing suit after a long winter on the couch. Yes, it's scary, but it can also be transformative. When we are struggling in life, feeling stuck, hurt, confused, or alone, we all deserve a place to talk with someone who will not judge or shame us, but instead walk alongside us to create change, grow, heal and come into more fullness in ourselves and our relationships.
My approach is holistic, collaborative and strength based. As a therapist, I am warm, open, encouraging & direct. My most important task for clients is that they use therapy as a tool to gain enough insight and coping skills to think, feel, and behave in such a way that feels genuine and authentic to them.
The biggest healing factor in therapy is the relationship you have with your therapist! Because this relationship is so important, I offer 10-15 minute free consultations, in person, phone, or on-line, designed as sort of an interview for both of us. Let's get started!
