New Clients welcome! It is wonderful to live a meaningful, congruent and focused life. Creating clarity and identifying what needs change in your life opens new ways to cope, creating space for amazing changes in you today and tomorrows. Managing stress is a critical part of therapeutic healing in our life struggles which cause avoidance, overthinking, big emotions, or unhelpful habits and attitudes, which cycle and leave you feeling frustrated and feeling ineffective. Individuals (child-adults), couples, and families are welcome. I offer appointments (8am - 8pm) in my new office space (and online).
Together we explore stressors and increase your ability to clear anxiety, trauma, loss, behavior, attention, and relationship struggles. Specializing in anxiety, OCD and trauma, my approaches are ERP, experiential methods like Sandtray Therapy and art, as well as skill based therapies such as EFT, Aroma Freedom, and Synergetic Play Therapy.
You, a whole person and increasing your focus and coping is my focus! Together we will create a path to emotional healing and congruence in your life. Your time with me is important; I focus on your needs and goals for your life and wellness! I am available in person and telehealth.
