This is the stuff of therapy.
My unchanging goal is to help clients heal from depression, anxiety, unexpected change, abuse, loss, self-defeating behaviors, emotional wounds, and the like. I care deeply, listen, teach, challenge, and support intentionally, authentically and compassionately. My therapy style is eclectic, strengths based, and tailored to each individual, couple and family.
Decades of experiences, mistakes, observation, learning, and growth, along with my deep interest in people and relationships are critical to my work with clients.
