Anyone can now access via Telehealth! My approach is to tailor treatment to the unique needs of each person. I apply and adapt different, proven techniques: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Hypnosis, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing). All in a professional and caring way where listening and tuning to your needs is part of the process.
Growth for every individual should be a joy and a duty. My role is to help every person reach their potential by leveraging strengths and targeting any negative patterns or tendencies.
