My approach is eclectic, drawing from Relational Cultural Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and Existential Therapy. Over the past 9 years, I’ve worked with diverse communities, including LGBTQIA+ individuals and those experiencing homelessness, through roles at CCH, GIC, The Denver Element, and TCR. I specialize in trauma, addiction, mood and personality disorders, neurodivergence, relationships, identity, grief, and crisis support.
I’m an eclectic therapist who uses Existential Therapy, EMDR, and DBT to meet clients where they are. I have an extensive history working with LGBTQIA+ and gender-expansive communities.
