I focus on marginalized populations and am versed in multicultural counseling. It's been a rough couple of years, and this one harder than most. So many of us are feeling exhausted, overwhelmed and cast out. Suddenly, you might have noticed those bottles of wine going faster, your temper growing shorter, and the stress piling up. Stress has an incredible effect on life and our ability to manage life. It can turn us into the kind of parents, partners, siblings, etc. that we don't want to be. Snapping at others, constantly exhausted, and often ready to give up. Sometimes, life just gets unmanageable, and sometimes traumas have crept back in to haunt us. You can heal.

LGBTQ+ Youth in Iowa Support Group (13-17)
Online support therapy group specifically for LGBTQ+ and/or gender expansive teens. Explore stresses, feelings of rejection, anxiety, and depression. It is particularly difficult for the LGBTQ+ community in the state right now with all the legislation and angry politics targeting us.
