I believe therapy works best when people feel comfortable being themselves. My approach is collaborative, grounded, and tailored to each client’s needs. I often use CBT, DBT, trauma-informed, and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients build skills around emotional regulation, communication, stress management, and healthier relationships.
I also have a strong interest in movement-based and nature-informed therapy and eco-therapy concepts. I enjoy supporting individuals and couples navigating grief, emotional overwhelm, relationship stress, identity changes, and difficult life transitions.
