As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and Oregon, I help individuals and couples navigate relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, and the unique pressures that can come with creative, high-demand careers. I offer a warm, body-based, and direct approach focused on healing old wounds, and building healthier connections.
My training includes the body-based trauma healing method known as Somatic Experiencing. When working with couples and individuals, I also incorporate techniques from Mindful Sex Therapy, PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy), and Hakomi (Somatic Mindfulness). These approaches can support those struggling with trauma, anxiety, and depression.
