I assist in helping others improve their mood (anxiety, depression, bipolar ), process complicated grief, chronic health complexity and many other issues. I am a trained therapist who has been working in the field for nearly 20 years. I am a first generation Asian-Indian American, with substantial experience working with people from all cultural backgrounds. I treat people of all ethnicities and faiths. I will also help by teaching skills that are applicable to daily living.
During therapy sessions, I focus exclusively on my clients and their needs, customizing their treatment plan in a way that suits them and their challenges. I focus on enhancing communication in relationships, improving intimacy, connection, and mutual understanding.
