The most important thing to me is for you to feel seen and understood. I've found that no matter the presenting issue, everything centers back to self-identity and building a more secure sense of self. Utilizing a blend of mindfulness, DBT, CBT, and psychodynamic therapy, we'll work together to help you gain insight on what goes through your brain and how you can reclaim it. I have a wide range of experience working with clients of various ages and backgrounds.
I specialize working with LGBTQ+ clients, neurodivergent clients and immigrants/children of immigrants, and have extensive experience working with ADHD, autism, social anxiety, depression, OCD, and family trauma or racial trauma. Through a multicultural, humanistic approach, I aim to empower and advocate for my clients.
