"Bringing Baby Home®" (Transition to Parenthood)

"Bringing Baby Home®" is a research-based program to help prepare new parents to life with a new baby. During this program (offered in-person and virtually!), one of our licensed clinical psychologists (a Bringing Baby Home® Educator) will teach families about the transition to parenthood using the BBH curriculum. Goals of BBH include learning ways to: maintain relationship satisfaction after having a baby, reduce relationship hostility and increase affection, and promote positive parent-baby interactions. Children of couples who take the BBH workshop were shown to: develop the ability to self-soothe, sleep longer, learn complex language earlier, and cry less!
