My interest is to help you find solutions to struggles with anxiety, depression, interpersonal tension, low self-esteem, lifestyle changes, and trauma. Within each session, I offer you a supportive environment to face problems that may have seemed insurmountable. I am practically focused, with a goal of helping you to be aware of your strengths, so that you achieve your potential and experience joy again.
I work with individual adults over age twenty-one, and my areas of interest include anxiety, depression, fear, frustration, and grief. I work with clients who have experienced trauma or loss, as adults or as children. I also assist adults with new or chronic medical conditions. Additionally, I offer counseling through various employee assistance programs.
In my work, respect and privacy are paramount. Clients receive compassionate support to navigate through the "rough patches" in their lives in order to live more confidently. I encourage clients to achieve steady and solid progress toward the changes that will make them feel better.
