As a South Asian American and daughter of immigrants, I have first hand experience of the deep effects that family of origin and cultural conflicts have on your lived experiences. I provide support for my clients in being their authentic selves and help them develop the skills they need to thrive. I want my clients to have an empathetic space to explore their challenges, process their thoughts and emotions, and experience healing.
