We all go through periods in our lives that challenge us. Perhaps you are going through a significant life change, like starting college or grad school, moving, grieving the loss of a loved one, or relationship changes. Perhaps you are in a period of intense emotions that overwhelm you. Perhaps you just want to get to know yourself better. As a therapist, I am here to help support you through these difficult times. I offer a warm, judgment-free space that allows for exploration, healing, and growth. My style is engaging, kind, and curious. I hope to make the process comfortable for you.
I tailor therapy to fit each individual person. We will pull together your experiences, my expertise, and scientific research in psychology to develop a therapy plan. I often integrate elements of cognitive, behavioral, feminist, attachment/family systems, interpersonal, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based therapies.
My goal is to help you feel empowered to face the challenges in your life, rooted in your identity, and connected to others. We will work together to shift problematic patterns in your life, through insight, skill-building, and self-compassion. I will be with you every step of the way - guiding, supporting, and encouraging!
