Life can bring us many challenges, at times leaving us feeling overwhelmed and out of balance. With over 20 years of experience as a clinical therapist, ongoing training in the newest cutting-edge therapies, and 25 years of Mindfulness practice, I use safe, gentle and highly effective approaches to help heal a variety of issues. My style is warm, compassionate, nonjudgmental, and is based in body-mind therapies that go beyond "talk-therapy". I’m here to support you to mobilize your inner wisdom and resources to achieve a greater sense of freedom, self-confidence, and healthy connection to yourself and others.
I have extensive experience and training in neuroscience & “mind-body” approaches including Somatic Experiencing (SE) and most recently Brainspotting. These powerful yet gentle approaches are designed to alleviate symptoms of stress and trauma including anxiety, depression, PTSD, Complex-PTSD and relationship challenges.
