I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary’s University and a concentration in Child Play Therapy. I work with men, husbands, dads, fathers, adults, couples, and families, focusing on trauma, anger, conflict, and relationships. My focus also includes fatherhood engagement, anger resolution, martial conflict and crisis intervention. I provide a supportive, structured, nonjudgmental space for healing and growth. Using CBT, mindfulness, and body-based techniques, I help clients build emotional regulation, strengthen connections, and regain clarity and control.
As a Certified Master Trainer in the Nurturing Fathers Program, I’m passionate about helping men, husbands, and fathers rebuild identity, strengthen emotional intelligence, and create healthier relationships. Guiding clients to improve communication, reducing stress, and build legacies rooted in stability, respect, and purpose.
My passion is rooted in the belief that healing families transforms generations. As a Certified Anger Resolution Therapist, I help break cycles of trauma, strengthen men and couples, and guide individuals toward purpose, resilience, and growth.
