With experience as a school counselor, my passion is working with young children and supporting them through the challenges that arise as they grow. I find joy in helping students navigate difficulties related to school, friendships, grief, or family changes such as divorce. My counseling approach is safe and welcoming where children can express themselves through conversation, play, or art.
I guide students in setting goals, building on their strengths, and discovering opportunity for growth. A central part of my work is helping children identify their emotions and learn healthy ways to regulate them so they can thrive.
