Growing up on Cape Cod, I learned early that the ocean has a unique way of grounding us. Nature has always reminded me that healing isn't about becoming someone new—it's about returning to who we truly are. I believe each of us already holds the strength and wisdom needed to heal, reconnect with our authentic selves, and rediscover our personal True North. My role is not to tell you who to be, but to walk beside you as you find your own direction. I believe healing is rooted in understanding where you've been while keeping sight of where you want to go. I have extensive experience helping individuals and families navigate life.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master of Education, and hold both LADC I (Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor I) and CADC (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor) credentials. These formal qualifications are complemented by more than 35 years of Experience and over 20 years of professional service dedicated to supporting children and adults.
I believe healing is not about fixing what is broken—it is about remembering who you have always been. We will explore your story with compassion, reconnect with your inner child, uncover the strengths that already exist within you. When we reconnect with our True North, healing becomes less about fixing ourselves and more about remembering who we are.
