We Have Current Availability! No Waitlists! Guiding Therapy is a mental health practice serving the greater Annapolis area in-person and all of Maryland virtually. We provide individual, couples and family therapy helping people with a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, stress management, personal growth, grief counseling, motherhood issues, health related issues and relationships. ​
We welcome you to a warm and nurturing space to make your personal growth journey comfortable and enjoyable. ​Our experienced clinicians work with clients from age 12 and up treating a multitude of conditions and associated symptoms.
