I work with the LGBTQ community and use various modalities such as a Person-Centered Approach, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Strength-Based Approach to help clients reach their overall goals.
With therapy, I want to provide you with an environment that feels safe. I know therapy can be overwhelming, challenging, and can feel "scary" at times but I try to do a great job with making clients feel seen and heard and try to do my best to provide a safe space for clients.
