I would be honored to support you through any challenges you are facing on your life’s journey. Humans are hard wired for connection and healing is relational. My style is warm, engaging, collaborative and sometimes goofy (therapy isn't all serious). I believe that all bodies (anti fat bias, anti ableism) and all brains are amazing (neurodiversity affirming). I believe that you will know more about you than I ever will and I trust your knowing.
I am a Child, Couple/ Relationship & Family Therapist and Art Therapist with a degree from Antioch University Seattle. I am also trained in EMDR, IFS, DBT and have many trauma and eating disorder specific trainings. I will collaborate with you to create your path of healing and growth.
I am social justice oriented which means I am continuously doing the work to be anti-racist and understanding my privileges, I believe therapy is political and I want to be part of decolonizing therapy because the mental health field has a history of pathologizing normal responses to trauma, racism, homophobia, etc.

Gender Expansive Teen Groups
Trans, Non-binary, and Gender Expansive teens 13-15 and 16-18. Groups of up to 8, $60 per week (Sliding scale available). This group is about connection, coping strategies, navigating challenges, setting boundaries, communication skills, creative expression and gender celebration.
