My goal is to provide a warm and trusting environment for individuals to gain the necessary skills needed to overcome the everyday challenges and struggles in life. I help people with a variety of issues including but not limited to depression, stress, anxiety, relationship problems, life transitions and career development across the lifespan.
My primary approach is cognitive behavioral and client centered when necessary. However, I use a variety of theoretical approaches based on the needs of the client and current situation.
