Hello! My name is Shannon Campbell, owner and practitioner of Guide to Grow Therapy LLC located in Hamilton, New Jersey. Our therapists approach the counseling relationship to meet the needs and goals of each client. Together, we can identify patterns of thinking and behavior that you would like to change. We have therapists on staff with immediate in-person and tele-health availability! We work with parents, adults, young adults, and teens over 14 to address anxiety, life stressors, and mood disorders.

My specialization and passion are working with parents; providing support as you navigate the different stages of parenthood, as well as with young adults who may be struggling with relationship issues, anxiety, mood disorders, depression, self-injury, and/or future career development. I am also LGBTQIA+ affirming.

At Guide to Grow Therapy we believe personal growth is the combination of forces working together. Our approaches include mindfulness, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), and person-centered therapy.
