Speshelle Garcia, MA, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, practicing in Texas. Speshelle works with adults, children, and families, in managing symptoms of depression, anxiety, and other psychosocial stressors. In addition to experience working with clients dealing with depression and anxiety, she has experience working with family conflict, poor self-esteem, goal planning, and adjustment. With the use of modalities such as CBT, DBT, and SFT, Speshelle engages clients and aides in clients developing insight into their distress. Working collaboratively with clients, in their therapeutic journey, is the priority.
The goal is to provide a safe space for clients to process emotions, in a non-judgmental environment and to help clients feel confident and empowered in their journey.
