In therapy, I take a holistic approach, meaning involving the mind and body. What can we identify that has prevented you from achieving your goals, whatever they may be? Everyone has strength areas. I assist with grief recovery and adapting to life transitions, including divorce, job loss, moving, career changes and other upheavals. These can all have major impacts on a person physically, mentally, spiritually and socially. The power of resiliency or learning how to bounce back even when life throws chaos at you is vital.
After having personally experienced caregiving for my parents and then dealing with their deaths, I have a special empathy for those dealing with the same. I also enjoy working with the military and their families as I was raised in the military life.
