What keeps us in bondage can vary tremendously from one person to another. We know that our past plays a huge part in what keeps us in bondage to pain, thoughts that destroy us rather than move us forward, strife within ourselves and our relationships. We are here to take you through the process of healing the pain, retraining your mind, mending your relationships, and ultimately breaking the chains that keep you from being what God has created you to be.
Paul is as retired police officer/sergeant and SWAT member, board member at his church, served on his children's school board, and worked in administration in both non-profit and for profit organizations. Taking first responders and others from surviving to thriving in their internal and relational lives is what fuels his practice.
Paul is flexible to accommodate the difficult schedules of police officers, firefighters, medical staff, military personnel and others. He understands that life is difficult, and that things happen to us that are completely outside of our control. So the focus is on what an individual can control. Financial counseling is also a large part of the practice!
