My name is Guadalupe Gallegos. I am a bilingual Spanish-speaking therapist who has experience in working with children, teens, families, & adults for individual and family therapy. It is my goal to provide a safe, judgment free environment for my clients to help support and nurture growth, healing, and change.
I have training & experience in evidenced based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Functional Family Therapy, Trauma informed therapy practices such as Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and other evidenced based practices and work to provide client specific services that best fit the individuals needs.
I work with individuals struggling with grief and loss, depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral issues, adjustment & life transition struggles, among other individual needs. I am passionate about working with children, youth, adults, and families in working towards increasing safe and healthy attachments, reducing triggers to anxiety and depression.
