supporting people navigate the grieving process after the loss of a loved one. Together, we can find hope and walk towards the end of what may feel like a long and dark tunnel. I integrate the Catholic faith into treatment to work collaboratively with you so you can find the tools needed to navigate life transitions, find harmony in your vocations,
increase emotional intimacy, heal from past wounds including infidelity, and break unhealthy patterns. In your mental health journey, every effort you make and every step you take, matters.
