Growth Thru Change is a mental health practice offering both in-person and telehealth services to adults, couples, and families. Clients come to us seeking support for trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, identity development, and complex emotional patterns. Whether beginning therapy for the first time or seeking new pathways to growth, clients work with clinicians to build understanding, develop healthier patterns, and achieve meaningful change.
At Growth Thru Change, therapy is grounded in deep relational work and psychological insight. We integrate psychodynamic and psychoanalytic principles with trauma-focused and experiential modalities to support lasting emotional change. Our clinicians are seasoned in tailoring treatment plans to each client’s unique goals.
Specialized Treatment Modalities: EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing): Internal Family Systems (IFS), Psychodynamic and Psychoanalytic Work, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). We provide therapy from our Center City Philadelphia office and via secure telehealth across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.

Virtual DBT Group for PA Clients
At Growth Thru Change, our approach to Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) focuses on meaningful transformation through relational healing. Our DBT groups are uniquely co-facilitated by experienced, relationally focused clinicians who integrate evidence-based skill building with deeper therapeutic process. We believe DBT works best not only when skills are learned — but when they are understood, practiced, and experienced within a supportive therapeutic relationship. Program Structure & Pricing Our comprehensive DBT program is designed to provide consistent support while offering flexibility: • Virtual Group Thursdays | 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM • Per Group Rate – $55 Growth happens in relationship — and it begins with showing up.
