This group is for individuals with severe and persistent mental illnesses who are in need of intensive outpatient treatment. We believe in a trauma-informed, multicultural approach to our therapeutic practices. We focus on identifying the member’s strengths and teaching them how to establish and reach their personal goals and build and strengthen their recovery Our goal for our members is that they are able to have meaningful and purposeful lives. We support our member’s goals to obtain employment, advance their education, obtain stable housing, have social support, and be able to meet the demands of daily living.
Working through Anxiety and Trauma
This group is designed for individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identify as well as trauma. We focus on teaching ways to cope with daily stressors that trigger negative emotions and negative self-talk in a safe environment.
